Payment terms

• no order will be executing without any agreement on the payment term.
•  in Cash & Delivery the order will be executing.
• Only cheque on the french bank will be accepted.

• In case of cheque payment the amount of the cheque as to be exactly the order amount.

Carriage, Deliveries

• For the deliveries to France, the carriage is including.
• For the deliveries out of France, we need to make a special quotation for the carriage.
• That quotation has to be agreed by the client within 2 weeks after his order.
• Without the agreement, and the payment by the client for the carriage, we will pay back the order, less the cancellation fees.
• All the deliveries will be confirmed by email.

Lead time

• Generaly our delivery will be executed within the 8 days after reception of the order.
• We shall alway be able to refuse an order.
• If a model is missing we undertake to repaye it in a very short delay.

Repayment

• We undertake to repaye only if the goods are still in the original package with the warranty label.
• We undertake to repaye for any goods within the first 2 weeks after our delivery.
• We shall alway be able to deduct the port fees.
• We shall alway be able to deduct the bank fees.
